Talk: Wildlife Recovery on the Waimea Inlet

Come and find about the recovery of native wildlife around Pearl Creek and the Waimea River delta. Tasman District Council, Waimea Inlet Forum, Tasman Environmental Trust, Battle for the Banded Rail, Forest and Bird and Tasman Bay Guardians are working hard to restore this special area and their combined efforts are making a real difference!

We’ll be chatting about the recent banded rail survey, the creation of bittern habitat and the latest in pest trapping and ingana habitat. It’s free and everyone’s welcome.
